This website is designed under Ulisse project. ULISSE is a project supported by a network of European scientific partners, in particular the User Support and Operation Centres (USOCs) and various research organisations.
Its main objectives are:

  • To provide facilities and services to exploit, or re-exploit, the data resulting from experiments carried out on the International Space Station (ISS), or during ground simulations, and to increase their visibility within the scientific community
  • To contribute to the exploitation and dissemination of the project's results, and of space research in general, in particular through this web site and through public events, documentary support, and other means.

The project, which was launched in 2009, is financed by the European Commission as part of its 7th Framework Programme (FP7) and will take place over a three-year period.
